* Used or Demoed Clubs: Must be returned in same condition as was purchased. No extra scratches, skymarks, etc.
* New clubs or equipment: Must not be used under any circumstance.
* New items such as gifts, books etc.: Must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as item was received.
* This guarantee covers only the price of the purchased item and does not include shipping charges.

Any return must be shipped by UPS or Fedex (For insurance and tracking availability) and received by The Golfcellar within 30 days of delivery to customer. Any shipping charges to return item(s) to The Golfcellar is the responsibility of the customer's and not The Golfcellar. The Golfcellar reserves the right to determine whether or not the returned items comply with the above. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, only the original credit card used for the purchase will be appropriately credited.

*Custom or personalized items such as custom headcovers or name engraved items are not covered on our return policy above and are not returnable.

*Outing and tournament gifts originally purchased in quantities of 24 or more will incur a 20% restocking fee on any quantity returned.

Before returning any item, you must email The Golfcellar with your 5 digit order ID number and date of order for a return authorization number and instructions for returning item(s).
